Review the fabrication scope, approve the surface reference, make the first article, produce the batch, identify every part and pack for the project sequence.

Exact material, finish, method, tolerance, quantity, inspection and packing are confirmed for each project.

Keep the sample, drawing, part and packing identity connected.

The sequence stays consistent even when the package contains mixed sizes, surfaces, curved parts, repeated components or partner-supported finishes.

Drawings, BOM and finish schedule

Start with drawing numbers and revisions, part IDs, quantities, finished geometry, visible faces, grain direction, critical requirements and the requested finish reference.

Fabrication boundary

Scope and capability review

Separate confirmed in-house work, partner-supported routes and project-specific questions. Resolve the material path, process order, specialist interface and evidence needed before quotation.

Appearance reference

Physical sample approval

Record colour family, supplier or factory reference when known, base texture, viewing condition, grain direction, approval date and the retained sample. Screen colour cannot approve production.

Pre-production proof

First article

Agree what the first article must demonstrate: geometry, opening position, returns, seam appearance, surface direction, protection, identification and packaging interface.

Confirmed route

Batch fabrication

The route may include cut-to-length and levelling, CNC laser cutting, openings, laser marking, V-grooving, folding, rolling, welding, brushing, sandblasting or confirmed polishing work.

Batch control

Inspection and identification

Connect each completed part to drawing revision, finish reference, visible face, grain direction, quantity and zone. Exact tolerances and records are agreed in the project package.

Project handoff

Installation-sequenced packing

Protect visible surfaces and organise packages by the hierarchy supplied by the customer: building, floor, zone, room, elevation, assembly and part.

08 Capability ownership

Publish the route honestly: in-house, partner-supported or confirm for project.

Equipment envelopes, material limits, tolerances, capacity, MOQ and lead time remain unpublished until the factory confirms values it can consistently deliver.

09 Change control

Keep drawing revision, sample reference and part label together.

A changed geometry, finish route, viewing requirement or packing sequence may require renewed review and first-article approval.
